ALICE LOUISE WITT

  Mrs. Alice Louise Witt, formerly of Wellersburg, died at the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Delbrook in Corriganville, Md., on Sunday, April 11.
  She was born March 29, 1864, at Broadtop, Pa., the daughter of Henry and Anna 
(Hayman) Moser, natives of Germany.  Her husband, George Washington Witt, 
preceded her in death.
  She is survived by the following children: Harry Witt, Frostburg, Md.; Guy 
Witt, Akron, O.; Earl, Robert and Walter Witt, Wellersburg; Mrs. Bruce Weller, 
Mt. Pleasant, Mich., and Mrs. Gertrude Delbrook, Corriganville, Md.  Also 
surviving are 25 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. 
Sarah Holderbaum, Somerset.
  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 in the Zion Reformed 
Church, Wellersburg, of which she was a member, with Rev. John Bucher 
officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery, under the direction of 
Zeigler's Funeral Home of Hyndman.
