  MRS. ROSS WITT
  
    Mrs. Ross Witt, the former Anna Almeda Opel, died Aug. 7, 1975, in
  Poland, Ohio.  Born Aug. 21, 1901, she was a daughter of the late
  John A. and Ida (Engle) Opel and was two weeks less than 74 years old
  at her death.
    She was preceded in death by a sister, Orpha Opel Menges and a
  brother Earl E. Opel.  She was a member of the Poland Presbyterian
  Church and a member of the Order of Eastern Star there.
    Surviving are her husband, Ross Witt; also five children: Opal Witt
  Barton of Westwood, Mass.; Fenwick Witt of Phoenix, Ariz.; Jean Witt
  Wagner, El Paso, Texas; Robert, Poland, Ohio; and Shirley Witt
  Donaldson of Daingerfield, Texas; also 11 grandchildren, seven
  great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Frank (Margaret) Witt,
  Meyersdale; and a brother, Josiah Opel, of Quaker City, Ohio.
    Funeral service was held Aug. 9 in the Cunningham Funeral Home in
  Poland.
