WITT, Elizabeth (Randall)

Elizabeth (Randall) Witt, 87, Jenner Township, died June 19, 2008, at Siemon's 
Lakeview Manor Estates, surrounded by her loving family. Born Jan. 14, 1921, in 
Jenner Township, she is the daughter of the late Olof and Augusta (Peterson) 
Randall. Also preceded in death by husbands, August E. Ginger and Charles L. 
Witt; grandchildren, Donna Barkman, Steven and Lisa Witt; sister, Nellie; and 
brothers, Karl, Edward, Henry, Axel and Harry; and a son-in-law, John C. 
Barkman. Survived by children, Darlene Barkman, Charles P. Witt and wife, Cheryl 
and Irene "Suzi" Dugan, all of Boswell; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-
grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Stella 
Randall; and a special friend, Mary Stabile. She was a member of the Faith 
Christian Missionary Alliance Church, a 1940 graduate of Somerset Area High 
School and was employed by Pennsylvania Poultry and Turril Poultry. She love 
music, playing the guitar, sewing and gardening. Friends received from 2 to 4 
and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset, where 
a service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Joe Gray officiating. 
Interment in Beams Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Faith Christian 
Missionary Alliance Church, P.O. Box 1451, Gray, PA 15544.
