    V. Louise Witt, 75, of Berlin died May 14, 2000 at Meyersdale
  Medical Center.  Born Aug. 4, 1924 in Brothersvalley Township,
  daughter of Austin Ferdinand and Lelia Olive (Salkeld) Blubaugh. 
  Preceded in death by parents, sister Edna Rebecca, brothers Richard
  Floyd, Herbert Roy, Clayton Ferdinand, William Stuart, and Ralph
  Salkeld Blubaugh.  Survived by her husband of 49 years, Leland O.
  "Lee," and a daughter Tamra Lee, married to Daniel Forgan, Boswell. 
  Sister of Thomas Earl Blubaugh of Macedonia, Ohio, Austin Gene
  Blubaugh of Berlin and Doris L. Miller of Meyersdale.  Also survived
  by a dear friend Melody Harber of Berlin.  Special aunt "Wezy" to
  numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.  Formerly
  employed by Dairy Dale of Meyersdale, Meyersdale Hospital and
  National Bank of Western Pa.  Member of Trinity United Church of
  Christ, Berlin.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be
  held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. Melvin A. Kirk and Rev. Ralph G.
  Landis officiating.  Interment, Pine Hill Lutheran Cemetery.
