Victor B. Witt, 92, Meyersdale, died Jan. 8, 2006, at his residence. Born Oct. 
7, 1913, in Summit Mills, a son of the late George E. and Addie M. (Saylor) 
Witt. Preceded in death by wife, Marzee (Saylor) Witt in 1998. Survived by a 
brother, Herbert Witt and sister, Ruth (Witt) McKenzie. Retired carpenter and a 
member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren. Was a veteran of World War II. 
At his request, there is no viewing and no service. Mr. Witt wanted to be 
remembered as "the man on the porch." Memorial contributions may be made to the 
Berlin Historical Society. Interment, in the Union Cemetery. Arrangements in 
charge of M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home.

  Victor B. Witt, 92, of Meyersdale, died Sunday, January 8, 2006, at his 
residence. 
  Born October 7, 1913, in Summit Mills, he was a son of the late George E. and 
Addie M. (Saylor) Witt.
  He was preceded in death by wife, Marzee (Saylor) Witt in 1998.
  He is survived by brother Herbert Witt and sister Ruth (Witt) McKenzie.
  He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Meyersdale Church of the 
Brethren. He was a veteran of WWII.
  At his request, there was no viewing and no service. Mr. Witt wanted to be
