      Jeffrey Allan Wolk, infant son of William and Louise Kay Lape
  Shaffer of Rockwood RD 1, died Feb. 3, 1975 at the residence.  He was
  born Nov. 21, 1974, in Johnstown.
      In addition to his parents, he is survived by a half-brother,
  Barry Shaffer, and a half-sister, Diane Shaffer.
      Graveside service was conducted Wednesday afternoon in St. John's
  Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Weber officiating.
