    WOMER
    
    Frank W. Womer, 59, of Wicklow Court, Sylvan Hills, Hollidaysburg,
  died April 3, 1978, at the Altoona Hospital.  Born Aug. 13, 1918, in
  Indiana, Pa., a son of Frank W. and Agnes (McIntyre) Womer.  Survived
  by widow, the former Elizabeth Love, and a sister, Mrs. Janet Dice of
  Houston, Texas.  He was a division manager of the eastern division of
  the Pennsylvania Electric Company.  He was a member of the First
  Presbyterian Church in Hollidaysburg; Somerset Blue Lodge; F&AM of
  which he was past master; and Jaffa Shrine, Shrine Jesters; Altoona
  Rotary Club; Somerset American Legion and Blairmont Country Club; and
  army veteran of World War II.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Stevens Mortuary, 1421 8th Ave., Altoona,
  where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev.
  James Hanley officiating.  Interment, Philipsburg Cemetery.
