Born May 2, 1884, in Tioga County, son of Frank and Irene Gamble Woodhouse. Preceded in death by parents, his wife, the former Lulu A. Everett, who died Sept. 18, 1968; a daughter, Lucille and a brother, Norman. Survived by a daughter, Miss Verdean of Shanksville; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ethel Eisenhower and a brother-in-law, Floyd Everett, both of Jerome. Was a retired employe [sic] of the former Hillman Coal and Coke Co., Jerome. Member of Tire Hill Local 998 U.M.W.A. and Jerome Volunteer Fire Co. Friends were received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. George A. Clark officiating. Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
