Born March 14, 1913, in Philadelphia, son of late Irvin Flynn and Helen Baggs (Jones) Woodrow. Also preceded in death by first wife, former Grace Marie Manges; daughter, Nancy Carole, and sister, Ellen. Survived by second wife, Dorothy Merle (Smith) Gahagan-Woodrow, of York; three step-daughters: Miss Janet Gahagan, Wilmington, Del.; Mrs. Lex (Cheryl) Ruenroeng, York, and Ms. Joyce Gahagan, Alexandria, Va.; three step-grandchildren: Stephen and Ryan Ruenroeng and Crystal Cheepudom. Brother of Mrs. Dwight (Helen Enfield) Glass, Rockford, Ill.; Mrs. Pearl Binkley, Nashville, Tenn.; Mrs. Richard E. (Luella) Hauger, Somerset; Mrs. Thomas I. (Sara) Maust, Berlin RD 3, and Paul A. Woodrow, Somerset. Retired employee of York Dispatch newspaper and York Graphics Services Inc. Navy veteran of World War II. Member of York Church of Christ and York Amateur Radio Club. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Ministers: Allen R. McKinney and Wayne Shanor officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
