  MILDRED M. WOODS
  
  Mildred M. Woods, 87, of Ursina, died May 11, 2004, at her home.  She
  was born Feb. 4, 1917, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township, a daughter of
  the late Charles R. and Bertha J. (Mitchell) Metheney.  Preceeded in
  death by parents, husband Smith W., children Jacky, Sammy, Doris and
  Dollie, brothers James and George Metheney and sister Ruth.  She is
  survived by sons Fred, Paul, Terry and Barry, all of Ursina Daughters
  Sandra Koontz of Lexington, Ohio, and Robin Fazenbaker, Friendsville,
  Md.; a special nephew Ray Woods of Fort Hill, 23 grandchildren, 33
  great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren and brothers
  Alvin and Ralph Metheney, both of Confluence, also sisters-in-law
  Margaret Sultner and Helen Altland, both of York.  Friends will be
  received from 7 to 9 p.m Wednesday and 3-9 p.m. Thursday at the
  Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where services will be held at 11
  a.m. Friday with burial to follow in Old Bethel Cemetery.
