Woolley, 61, of Boswell passed May 10, 2001 at the Hollidaysburg Veterans' Home. Born April 13, 1940 in Somerset. Son of Ray Woolley Sr. and the late Alta Woolley. Preceded in death by brothers Roy and Gary. Survived by wife, the former Shirley Carolus; daughter Kimberly, married to Brian Lyons of Boswell, and grandchildren, Zachary, Austin and Mattison Lyons, all of Boswell. Brother of Guy married to the former Dixie Minerd of Moultrie, Ga., Carl, married to the former Diana McCoy of Somerset, Terry, married to the former Alice Custer of Somerset, Roger of Somerset, Ray Jr. married to Nancy of Moultrie, Ga., and Irene Leslie of Somerset. Member of Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle in Boswell. He served two years in the U.S. Army in Geisson [sic*], Germany where he was honorably discharged. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Rev. Chauncey Ickes officiating.
