  WOY

  Pius W. Woy, 83, of Acosta, died Oct. 2, 1974 in Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born Nov. 27, 1890 in Boswell, a son of the late Edmund
  and Ida Swank Woy.  Preceded in death by two sons, a daughter, two
  brothers and two sisters.  Survived by wife the former Lulu Blanche
  Shirey and these children:  Mrs. Park (Florence) Barron, Fort Worth,
  Tex.; Mrs. Kenneth (Bessie) Brown, Somerset; Mrs. Paul (Gladys)
  Boileau, York; Mrs. William (Irma) Auman, Somerset RD 3; Dwight W. of
  Acosta; 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; a brother of
  Mrs. Cathryn Brinkman, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Charles Emert of
  Somerset; Hobert, Jennerstown; Mrs. Alfred Milligan, Clearwater,
  Fla.; Mrs. Myrtle Barron, Hollsopple; Richard, Rock Island, Ill.; and
  Mrs. Mildred Lee, Harrisburg.  Member of the Zion Hoffman Lutheran
  Church, and retired owner of the Woy Bros. Garage at Acosta.  Friends
  will be received after 7 p.m. today, Thursday, in the Richard E.
  Hauger Funeral Home, where service will be conducted Saturday at
  10:30 a.m. with the Rev. William Snyder and the Rev. Herbert G.
  Hohman officiating.  Interment, Casebeer Lutheran Cemetery.
