    Joseph L. Wozniak, 78, of East Third Street, Gray, died July 8,
  2002 at the Community Hospice of N.E. Florida, Jacksonville, Fla. 
  Born June 1, 1924 in Ralphton, son of Stanley F. and Anna (Hyzek)
  Wozniak.  Preceded in death by parents, sisters Catherine Alarcon,
  Stella Mellado, Mary Lakotas, Frances Zudar and Sally DePietro, and
  brothers Frank and John.  Survived by wife, the former Helen M. Webb,
  son Joseph married to Kathleen Yoder, Jacksonville, daughter Beverly
  married to Robert Garvey, Shrewsbury, Mass., seven grandchildren, one
  great-grandson, and sisters, Julia wife of Samuel Mash, Gray and
  Helen, wife of  Charles Daly, Bronx, N.Y.  Member of All Saints
  Catholic Parish and the UMWA.  Retired miner from the former
  Berwind-White Coal Co., Windber.  Observed 57th wedding anniversary
  June 6, 2002.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 10
  a.m. Friday, Rev. Father Martin Breski OFM. Conv. officiating. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery, Somerset.
