She joined the Methodist Episcopal Church when 11 years old and always went to her church as long as she was able to go. She was married to Howard H. Wright and to this union the following children were born: Nelson A. Wright, Mrs. Clifton Springer, Mrs. William F. Barkley, Frank C. Wright and Joe N. Wright, all of Addison; Mrs. Rebekah Griffith of Hopwood, Pa., Guy M. Wright of Youngstown, Ohio, Mrs. William Boring, who died 13 years ago, and Orville Wright, who died when quite young. Her husband died 16 years ago. She leaves one sister, Mrs. Marshall Turney, of Confluence; 27 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Services were held at her late home on Wednesday afternoon, February 14, by Rev. John O. Martin of Confluence, and Rev. L. G. Richey of Addison. The pallbearers were her grandsons and great grandsons, namely: Harry, John, Mearl, Howard Jr., and Ralph Wright, and Dane Griffith. Interment was made in the Addison Cemetery by funeral director Harry B. Rishebarger. The floral tributes were beautiful. Meyersdale Republican, February 22, 1940
