      Ruth W. Wright, 89, of Meyersdale, formerly of Salisbury, died
  Sunday, October 17, 2004, at Beverly Healthcare, Meyersdale.
      Born July 26, 1915, in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the late
  George and Emma G. (Wellen) Walker.
      She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Wright; a son,
  Ronald D. Walker; two brothers: Ben C. Walker, and Harry B. Walker.
      She is survived by a brother, William R. Walker, Meyersdale.
      Ruth was a former garment worker in Meyersdale, and a former
  steward at the American Legion in Salisbury.  She was also a former
  member of the Salisbury American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries.
      Friends were received Tuesday at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service was conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday with
  Pastor Peter Kaltenbaugh officiating.
      Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
      Arrangements were by the William Rowe Price Funeral Home, Inc.,
  Meyersdale.
