Born March 24, 1928, Somerset Township, daughter of Mary (Seiler) Trent of Friedens RD 1 and the late Lemon O. Trent. Survived by a son, Scott B., married to Mary Ann Vicic of Friedens RD l; two grandchildren, Tiffany Marie and Justin Scott. Sister of Mrs. Charles (Luella) Spiecher, Somerset RD 2. Charter member of Grace Brethren Church, past president of Listie Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary, past president of All County Ladies Auxiliary, president of County Ladies Auxiliary Relief Fund, Democratic Committeewoman for 13 years in precinct No. 2 and was secretary for Laborer's Union No. 419, Listie, for 38 years. Graduated with the class of 1946, Somerset Township High School. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Grace Brethren Church with the Rev. Clifford Wicks and the Rev. Robert Thomas officiating. Interment, Mizpah Cemetery. Body will lie in state at the church Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. Daily American, October 15, 1985
