  Caleb Eric Yacynych, 4 months, Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany, formerly of
  Ideal Park (Johnstown RD) died July 28, 1999 in Germany. Born March 2, 1999,
  in Germany, son of Airman First Class Nicole (Nikki) Yacynych U.S.A.F.
  Survived by mother, grandmother, Dorothy (Dot) Stevens of Ideal Park;
  grandfather, William Yacynych of Somerset Pike; great-grandparents: Ted and
  Ann Stevens of Ocean City, N.J., and Steve and Shirley Yacynych of Soap
  Hollow Road. Also survived by an uncle, Todd Yacynych and his fiance Holly
  Lawall of Allentown; an aunt, Amanda Yacynych and her fiance Buddy Evans of
  Johnstown; cousins Shane and Emilee Yacynych; and numerous other relatives.
  Friends will be received from 2-9 p.m., Tuesday, at the Hoffman Funeral Home,
  Rt. 403 and Church, Road, Davidsville, where a vigil for the deceased will be
  held Tuesday. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St.
  Andrews Catholic Church, Benscreek with the Rev. Father Barry J. Baroni,
  celebrant. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Sudden Infant Death
  Syndrome (S.I.D.S.) 6065 Roswell Road, Suite 876, Atlanta, Ga. 30328-4018. A
  tree will be planted in Caleb's memory.
