  VIVIAN (CORNOCK) YAKUBISIN

  Vivian (Cornock) Yakubisin, 79, Norvelt, died May 31, 2004, at her home.
  She was born July 9, 1924, in Smock, a daughter of the late Paul and Anna
  (Chuey) Cornok.  She was the loving mother to Anna Marie Yakubisin,
  Confluence.  Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt.  A blessing
  service will be held in the funeral home 9:15 a.m. Friday, followed by a
  funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in the St. Florian Catholic Church
  in United.  Interment will be held in the Visitation Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant.
