  YASTE
  
  Elmer O. Yaste, 91, Rockwood RD 1, died April 24, 1993, at Somerset Hospital.
  Born Feb. 12, 1902 in Jennings, Md., son of the late John and Katherine
  (Yommer) Yaste. Preceded in death by wife, the former Allie Burkholder, in
  1968, and by 4 sisters, 2 brothers, 4 grandchildren and 2
  great-grandchildren. Survived by children: Ethelene Boden, Mrs. Harry (Doris)
  Walker, and Juanita Weimer, all of Rockwood RD 1; Kevin Yaste, married to the
  former Thelma Gindlesperger, Stoystown RD 1; Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Weimer,
  Somerset RD 1, and Ronald Yaste, Oakridge, Tenn.; 21 grandchildren, 30
  great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren. A coal worker by
  occupation and a member of United Mine Workers of America. Friends received
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday and until 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, where funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Res.
  William G. Triebe officiating. Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
