  Joseph J. Yates, 75, of Meyersdale, died Oct. 7, 1989, at Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Born Nov. 12, 1913. Survived by a daughter, Joanna
  Didion of Pittsburgh. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the
  Leckemby Funeral Home, Rev. Rod Murray officiating. Interment, Reformed
  Cemetery.
