Particulars have not been received. He was a genial, competent and popular executive, and was an esteemed member of the Meyersdale Rotary Club, from March 7, 1929, until he moved to Meridan, Miss., to take charge of a Phillips-Jones shirt factory there about 1934. A few years later he returned to Meyersdale to resume his position and Rotary membership here, but about Feb. 1, 1940, went back to Mississippi. Meyersdale Republican, March 23, 1944
