Born May 2, 1916, in Springs, the daughter of the late Ellis D. and Nettie (Maust) Shoemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, Homer M. Yoder; an infant son, Brian Loye Yoder and a sister, Marian G. Shoemaker. Survived by two sisters, Frances Werner and Alice Miller, both of Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Yoder was a homemaker and member of Springs Mennonite Church. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, Md., where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Alva Tice and the Rev. Laban Peachey officiating. Interment, Springs Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the perpetual care fund of the Springs Cemetery.
