  Elmer S. Yoder, 79, of Salisbury, died Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at his
  residence. 
  Born October 24, 1925, in Grantsville, Md., he was a son of the late Sam U. and
  Abbie (Helmuth) Yoder. 
  He was also preceded in death by wife, Lucy N. (Lichty) Yoder; son, Urias
  Yoder; and brother, Joe Yoder. 
  He is survived by children: Samuel E. Yoder and Katie E. Yoder, both of
  Salisbury; Elizabeth Brenneman and Miriam Peachey, both of Meyersdale; Simon E.
  Yoder of Garrett; Noah E. Yoder of Grantsville; and Ada Kinsinger of Letart,
  W.Va. He is also survived by 51 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren;
  sisters: Mary Ann Yoder of Salisbury and Lena Schrock of Oakland, Md. 
  Friends were received at the Yoder home, 298 Red Dog Rd., Salisbury, Pa. 
  15558. Funeral services were held at 9:30 EST Saturday at the Greenville Amish
  Church with Bishop James Beachy in charge. Interment in the Greenville Amish
  Cemetery.
