  YODER
  
  Fred W. Yoder, 83, of Hickory Hollow, Somerset RD 3, died May 9 1979 in
  Somerset Community Hospital. Born Oct. 3, 1895 in Somerset Twp., a son of
  Harvey G. and Emma (Walker) Yoder. Preceded in death by wife, Carrie (Adams)
  Yoder. Survived by these children: Forrest C., Stoystown RD 2; Mrs. Ruth
  Barron, Somerset; Mrs. John Lowe, St. Benedict; and Mrs. Jane Wagner,
  Lewistown RD 1; seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Member of
  Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church and UMWA. He was a retired miner and a
  retired employee of Somerset State Hospital. Friends will be received after 2
  p.m. Thursday (today) at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service
  will be conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Robert R. Clark
  officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
