  GEORGE E. YODER
  
    George E. Yoder, 79, of Springs, died at home on June 13, 1981.
    He was born Oct. 3, 1901, in Elk Lick Twp.; a son of the late Jonas D. and
  Sarah (Hershberger) Yoder. He is survived by his wife, the former Verda L.
  Maust and sons Edward D. Yoder, of Street, Md.; and Jay Yoder, of Hopwood;
  also three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was a member of the
  General Conference Mennonite Church. He had operated Yoder's Shop Service
  located first in Grantsville, Md., then in Salisbury. He was a charter member
  and former treasurer of the Springs Historical Society.
    Funeral services were held Monday, June 15, at 11 a.m., at the Springs
  Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Walter Otto and Rev. John Wengerd
  officiating. Interment, Springs.
