Va., died Feb. 16, 1993, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. Born Sept. 25, 1929, at Meyersdale, he was a son of the late George Ernest and Lena (Bender) Yoder. Yoder was a real estate developer and builder, member of Springs Mennonite Church, chairman of the board of trustees of West Run Watershed Improvement District, past president, W.Va. Home Builders Assoc., past president North Central Home Builders Assoc. Life Director in National Home Builders. Member, W.Va. Housing Development Fund, president of Allegheny Development Corp., president of Maple View Realty Co., president of Allegheny Real Estate Sales, board of directors for Region VI Planning and Development Council, vice president of Pineview Realty Inc. and Pineview Supply Corp. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Goshen College, Goshen, Ind., and a bachelor of divinity and a master's in religious education from Associated Biblical Seminaries, also in Goshen. He also received a bachelor of theology degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg, and attended Hartford Seminary, Hartford, Ct., and W.Va. University, Morgantown. Survivors include two brothers, David H. Yoder, Morgantown, and Omar C. Yoder, Brussels, Belgium; 5 sisters: Miriam I. Lindeman, Salisbury; Ida I. Yoder and Freda E. Yoder, both of Kensington, Md.; Eleanor A. Nucelli, Gettysburg, and Delilah R. Yoder, missing in Ecuador. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hastings Funeral Home, Morgantown, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md. Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Springs Mennonite Church, Springs, with the Rev. Steven Heatwole and the Rev. Earl Yoder officiating. Interment, Oakdale Cemetery.
