He was taken to the Miner's Hospital, but was dead before being admitted. Christian Yommer was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Yommer and spent most of his life in Jennings. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Susie (Pritts) Yommer, two brothers, John L. and Daniel D., and one sister, Mrs. Lee Meyers, all of Jennings; also by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Yommer was employed by Carl Richter, who operates a sawmill near Finzel. His body was brought to William Winterberg's funeral home in Grantsville where it was prepared for burial. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Jennings Lutheran Church. Rev. George E. Bowersox, pastor of the Grantsville Lutheran Church will officiate.
