Yost, 55, Charleroi RD 2, died Jan. 20, 1986, at the McKeesport Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born in Hundred, W. Va., June 26, 1930, a son of the late Fred and Virginia (Morris) Yost. He was a Protestant by faith, a retired supervisor from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., Allenport, and was self-employed in the water delivery service. Survived by his wife, Elaine Smith Yost; four sons, Ronald, Charleroi RD 2, David, Charleroi, Wayne and Timothy, both at home; two grandchildren; one brother, James Keith Yost, Champion; one sister, Mrs. Earl (Doris Jean) Dague, Butler. Friends will be received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, 334 Main St., Fayette City, Tuesday from 7-9 p.m., Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and until 1:30 p.m. Thursday when services will be held in the funeral home with the Rev. Gerald McCormick, pastor of the Charleroi United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment, Monongahela Valley Memorial Park, Donora. Daily American, January 21, 1986
