  Clyde T. Young, 69, of Sherman Valley, Pa., died July 15, 1984, in Maple
  Mountain Manor, Berlin. He was born July 21, 1914, in Sherman Valley, a son
  of Harry C. and Mary (Lowery) Young. He is survived by three sisters: Mrs.
  Janet Hemming of Somerset RD 6; Mrs. Virgini Gerhard, of Somerset RD 6, and
  Mrs. Stella Swauger, of Grantsville, Md. He is also survived by many nieces
  and nephews. He was a member of the Brother in Christ Church of Sherman
  Valley. Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home,
  Rockwood, from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and in the Brother in Christ Church, Sherman
  Valley, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday where services will be conducted at 1
  p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Earl Lehman officating. Interment in the church
  cemetery. All services are under the direction the William J. Wood Funeral
  Home, with Robert H. Halverson, supervisor.
