  Harold Wayne Young, 85, of Somerset died Jan. 4, 2001 at Somerset Hospital.
  Born Aug. 15, 1915 in Somerset Township. Son of Ross Albert and Lizabeth
  (Lingenfelter) Young. Preceded in, death by parents, brother, Ernest Young,
  and sister, Lena Young. Survived by wife the former Iva Marie Schlosnagle to
  whom he was married 61 years and children: Max W. Young married to the
  former Jean Lape of Somerset and Mrs. David E. (Judith) Weimer of Somerset.
  Also three grandchildren, Timothy Young married to the former Valinda
  Dirienzo of Friedens, Mrs. Stanley (Ann) King of Berlin, and Jeffrey Weimer,
  Somerset, and four great-grandchildren, Keaton and Corin Young and Megan and
  Logan King. Member of First United Methodist Church where he was a member of
  Brotherhood Sunday School Class; 55 and Over Speeders, and "Doc's Hideout"
  Hunting Camp. He was a 1933 graduate of Somerset High School, and he was an
  avid wood carver. He was an auto parts salesman for most of his working life.
  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Rev.
  Patricia M. Nelson officiating. Interment, Somerset County, Memorial Park.
  Contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 149 W. Patriot
