  Hilda L. Young, 68, of Somerset RD 1, died March 29, 1985, in Somerset
  Community Hospital. She was born Feb. 8, 1917, in Somerset County, a daughter
  of James and Catherine (Gephart) Mitchell. Survived by two sons: Lloyd and
  Robert, both of Somerset RD 1; three daughters: Mrs. John (Thelma) Livengood
  of Somerset RD 1; Miss Debra, at home; Mrs. Mary Tharp of Cleveland, Ohio;
  seven brothers: Jack, Herman, Ernest, George, William, Everett, all of
  Somerset area; and Floyd of North Towanda, N.Y.; these sisters: Mrs. Sue
  Weimer of Rockwood RD 1; Mrs. Mary Steele of Somerset; Mrs. Florence Kelly,
  Rockwood RD I; Mrs. Gladys Walk of Barton, Md.; and Mrs. Thelma Burock of
  North Towanda, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. She was
  preceded in death by her husband, Samuel, June 8, 1978; also by one brother.
  Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood,
  Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. where services will be conducted Sunday at 1:30
  p.m., the Rev. Donald Krestar officiating. Interment, Sanner Cemetery.
  Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Wood Funeral Home,
  Rockwood, with Robert H. Halverson supervising.
