  John Christopher Young, 86, of Somerset died April 16, 2002 at Blake Medical
  Center Bradenton, Ha. Born Jan. 16, 1916 in Everett. Son of Earl C and Rosa
  (Spade) Young. Preceded in death by parents, wife, Edith (Jones) Young who
  died in 1982, brother Charles Young and sister Sara North. Survived by:
  daughters, Mrs. Edward E. (Joanne) Miller II of Somerset and Ms. Janie Young,
  Somerset; grandchildren, Mrs. Gary (Christine) Glessner, Mrs. Peter (Tracy)
  Stoltz and Edward E. Miller III, married to the former Rebecca Renfrew, all
  of Somerset, and great-grandchildren, Robert and Jason Glessner; Autumn and
  Derek Stoltz and Casey and Samantha Miller and close friend and companion
  Margaret Miller of Somerset. Brother of Mrs. Emma Beegle of Breezewood; Mrs.
  Dorothy Ensley of Martinsburg; Mrs. Evelyn "Penny" Beegle of Phoenix, Ariz;
  Mrs. Donald (Ruth) Chamberlain	of Breezewood; Earl Young Jr. of Pittsburgh;
  Ernest Young of Greencastle; Raymond Young of Breezewood, and Harold Young,
  Breezewood. Member of First Christian Church. Co-owner of Jones and Young
  Coal, Co. from 1942 to 1970 and purchasing agent for Wheeler Brothers from
  1970 to 1980. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at
  the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be conducted at
  1:30 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Daniel F. Nicksich officiating. Interment,
  Rockwood 100F Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the First Christian
  Church, 139 East Main Street, Somerset, Somerset Pa. 15501 or the Children
  Aid Home, 1476 North Center Ave. Somerset, Pa. 15501.
