Younkin, 59, of Jacksonville, Fla., died Nov. 26, 1995, at St. Luke's Hospital, Jacksonville. Born Jan. 2, 1936, in Confluence. A son of the late Carl "Bud" and Olive (Snyder) Younkin. Survived by his wife, Patricia (Silbaugh) Younkin, and three sons: Frederick, of Glen Burnie, Md., Brian of Somerset, and Michael of Virginia Beach, Va.; three grandchildren: Daniel, Chelsea and Kathleen; a sister, Janie Younkin, and a brother, Clinton, both of Confluence. Employee of CSX Railroad for 41 years. Member of the Garrett City Lodge 537, F&AM, of Indiana; Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Fort Wayne; the Auburn-Garrett York Rite, William Hacker Chapter 63 of Auburn, Ind.; Moose Lodge 556 of Auburn; and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels of Louisville, Ky. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Dr. Arthur J.
