Early in the morning he and some friends reached Meyersdale to spend the day in town and at the Fair. He attempted to board the train against the advice of those who were at the Junction at the time and knew his intentions, with the termination of his life. His body was cut in two and his left arm was cut off at the shoulder. R. Reich & Son were sent for who took charge of the remains, and this morning J. F. Reich took the body to Confluence, on the Duquesne. Meyersdale Commercial, Sept. 11, 1913
