Yutzy, 73, Meyersdale RD 3, died March 24, 1996, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Born May 9, 1922, in Greenville Township, a son of the late John L. and Alice E. (Miller) Yutzy. Also preceded in death by sister, Eva Jackson, and two brothers, Leonard Yutzy and Paul Yutzy. Survived by his wife of 46 years, the former Jean L. Forman, and these children: Lois, wife of Patrick Deasy; Frostburg, Md.; Janet, wife of Timothy Resh, Somerset; Mary Ann, wife of Dennis Sipple, Meyersdale, and Glenda, wife of Milford Berkey Jr., Bealeton, Va.; also 8 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren. A brother of Clyde, Mary Michael, Ruth Paul, and Thelma Baker, all of Meyersdale RD 3; Carl, Gloucester, Va.; James, Akron, Ohio, and Grace Bittner, California, Pa.; also numerous nieces and nephews. A World War II veteran of U.S. Army. Retired dairy and beef farmer. Member of the Hostetler Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Hostetler Church of the Brethren, with Pastor William Davis officiating. Interment, church cemetery. Daily American, March 25, 1996
