Born May 7, 1899, in Garrett, son of late William and Louise (Romesburg) Yutzy. Survived by wife, former Margaret R. Parks; two daughters: Mrs. Billie Jean Bowers, Salisbury; and Mrs. Pat Ross, Boynton; sister, Florence, North Carolina; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Member of Boynton Church of God. Veteran of World War I. Past commander of Norman Yutzy American Legion Post, Garrett. Charter member of the John Tressler VFW Post No. 3504, Meyersdale. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Bruce Brumfield officiating. Interment, Garrett Cemetery.
