   ZAMBRIZICKY
   
   Kaetan Zambrizicky, 91, Boswell RD 1, died Sept. 20, 1974 at home.  Born Aug.
   6, 1883 in Russia a son of Jacob and Victoria Packowska Zambrizicky. 
   Preceded in death by parents and infant daughter, Gladys, five brothers and a
   sister. Survived by wife, the former Catherine Pluta and these children;
   Althona, wife of Joseph Swick, New York City; Adolph, married to the former
   Nellie Kubas, Cleveland, Ohio; and Theodore, to the former Barbara Kuzma,
   Simi Valley, Calif.; six grandchildren. Was a retired coal miner and Jenner
   Twp. farmer.  Member of St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church, Boswell.  Friends
   received from noon-9 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday at
   Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell.  Funeral Mass, 10 a.m.
   Tuesday at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Boswell.  Interment, Mt. Carmel
   Cemtery. Rosarie will be recited, 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
