  Wilbur S. Zearfoss, 63, of Plank Road, Somerset, died May 5, 1979 in Veterans 
  Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Oct. 8, 1915 in Mickley, Pa., a son of Frank and 
  Cecelia (Gorsuch) Zearfoss. Survived by wife, Eva Shaffer; one son, Robert, of 
  Somerset; one daughter, Miss JoAnn, at home; and one brother, Robert of 
  Somerset. He was a veteran of WW II and a retired employee of the General 
  Telephone Company of Pennsylvania. Friends are being received in the Robert H. 
  Halverson Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday 
  with the Rev. Roger L. Forry. Interment, Beachdale Cemetery.
