ZEHNER, Mary Jane   01/04/08   Daily American

Mary Jane Zehner, 87, Confluence, died Jan. 3, 2008, in her home. Born Nov. 17, 
1920, in Ursina, a daughter of Joseph and Anna Belle (Blubaugh) Critchfield. 
Preceded in death by parents; and brothers, Rex and Ambrose. Survived by her 
husband of 60 years, Robert G. Zehner; brother, Max J. Critchfield, Johnstown; 
nieces, Tammy Young, Bobbi Teller and Wendy Kesslak; and nephews, Joseph and 
James Critchfield. Along with her husband, she owned and operated Confluence 
Hardware for 40 years until their retirement. She was a member of Trinity 
Lutheran Church of Confluence. A graduate of Confluence High School and attended 
Penn State University. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. 
Saturday and 10 to 11 a.m. Sunday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence. Funeral 
service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. George 
Mason officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
