Born Sept. 21, 1900, in Somerset, daughter of the late Daniel Grant and Lucinda Belle (Otto) Zeigler. Also preceded in death by stepmother Annie Missouri (Brant) Zeigler, and a great nephew, Richard Brass, and three brothers: William, Lawrence, and Foster Zeigler, and three sisters: Metta Zeigler, Beulah Zeigler, and Twila Gardner. Survived by a niece, Mrs. Frederick (Betty) Gardner Brass of Ambridge with whom she resided, two nephews: Todd Zeigler Jr. of Miami, Fla. and Foster Zeigler Jr. of Walnut Creek Calf.; and a great niece, Nancy Brass of Ambridge, and two great grand nieces, Laurel E. and Margaret E. Brass. Retired bookkeeper for the former Sann Chevrolet of Somerset, Rexall Drug Store, former Shaulis Auto Sales, and for Judge Thomas Lansberry. Member of the First Christian Church, Business and Professional Women of Somerset, Somerset County Fire Auxiliary, Humane Society of Somerset County, Forbes Road Chapter of Daughters of American Revolution, Somerset Garden Club, and Somerset County Homemakers Association. Friends (?) received 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home-where service will be held 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. William Sleasman officiating. Interment, Husband Cemetery.
