Zelenske, 66, of Stahlstown RD 1, died Jan. 28, 2004, as the result of a house fire. He was born April 6, 1937, in Somerset County, a son of the late Charles C. and Ethel May Zelenske. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Charles W. Zelenske, and his first wife, Marlene Kreger Flora. He is survived by his second wife, Jane Thomas Zelenske, Rockwood, four sons Randy Zelenske, Jody and his wife Laura Tinkey Zelenske all of Stahlstown, Eric and wife Cherish Brown Zelenske, Rockwood, Jason Zelenske of Juneau, Alaska, stepsons: William Tinkey, and Timothy Tinkey and his wife Tracey, grandchildren: Brandon, Tamica, Tyler and Travis Zelenske, step grandchildren: Timothy, Stephanie, Casey Tinkey and Kenny Zeiler, nephew Andrew "Tuggy" Zelenske, sister-in-law, Frank Thomas Jr. and wife Sherry and nephew Frank Thomas III. Prior to retirement he was employed by Anthony Crane of Carnegie and Adam Eidemiller Construction, Greensburg. He was a member of St. Raymond of the Mountains Church, Donegal, Local 66 operating engineers, Mt. Pleasant VFW, Post 3368, and the Donegal American Legion. Family will receive friends at the L. Boyd Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Church Street, Donegal, Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A service will be held Saturday in the funeral home, time to be announced. Private interment in St. Vincent Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Donegal American Legion, Route 31, Donegal, Pa. 15628.
