  ZERFOSS
  
  Fred D. Zerfoss, of Coleman Station RD, Friedens, went to be with the Lord on 
  Sept. 7, 1999. Born July 6, 1939, in Stonycreek Township, a son of Leroy and 
  Anna (Boyd) Zerfoss. Preceded in death by parents and sister Ruth Durst. 
  Survived by his wife of 38 years, the former L. Emogene Fisher, and son David at 
  home. Brother of Earl Zerfoss of Clarion, Donald Zerfoss and Lois Keller, both 
  of Somerset, and Judy Ackerman of Meyersdale. He was a member of the New 
  Centerville Church of God and the Mizpah Cemetery Association. Family will 
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, 
  Stoystown, where a service will held 11 a.m. with the Rev. Timothy Show 
  officiating. Internment, Mizpah Cemetery.
