  ZERVOSS
  
  Galen R. Zerfoss, 63, E. Main Street, Somerset, died Aug. 28 at Somerset 
  Community Hospital. He was born June 16, 1910 in Stony Creek Township and was a 
  son of Henry and Della (Pugh) Zerfoss.  He is survived by his wife, Irene 
  (Close) Zerfoss, one brother Charles of Berlin, one sister, Mrs. Bruce Stutzman 
  of Berlin RD 1 and one stepbrother, Frank Sherrah of Somerset. He was a veteran 
  of WW II and a member of the VFW, Berlin Post and the new Baltimore Sportsmans 
  Association. He was employed by PBS Coal Co.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m.
  today at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be
  held Friday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Robert G. Doyle officiating.
  Interment at Somerset County Memorial Park.
