  MRS. IRENE ZERFOSS
  
  Mrs. Irene Zerfoss, 72, of Friedens RD 2, died Jan. 9, 1973 at her 
  residence.  Born Oct. 18, 1900 in Somerset County, daughter of John and 
  Rosella Griffith Heiple.  Preceded in death by parents, husband John, son 
  John Jr., daughter Leah.  Survived by daughter Mrs. Orion (Elsie) 
  Ogline, Warren AFB, Wyo., son, Lloyd, Somerset RD 2; 12 grandchilden and 12 
  great-grandchildren; she was a sister of Charles of Cortland, Ohio, 
  John, Stella, and Mrs. Ida Bender, all of Warren, Ohio; Mrs. Jane 
  Strickler of Ligonier, Mrs. Ruth Hunter, Belmont, Mrs. Effie Lesco, Holliday, 
  Fla.  Friends are being received at the Charles R.
  Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 2
  p.m. today, Saturday, with the Rev. Gary Bilbie officiating. 
  Interment in Mizpah Cemetery.
