  MARY G. ZERFOSS
  
  Mary G. Zerfoss, 38, Friedens RD 2, died Aug. 28, 1980, at Memorial 
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Feb. 11, 1942 in Johnstown, she was a daughter 
  of Evelyn (Bearer) Lowes, Johnstown, and the late John Lowes.  Survived 
  by her husband, Leo P., and these children: Susan, Leo Jr., and Jeff, 
  all at home.  She was a sister of Mrs. Michael (Mildred) Mindala, John 
  H., William B., Charles J., and Linda all of Johnstown; Thomas F., Ft. 
  Worth, Texas; and Mrs. Larry (Evelyn) Sprengel, Carlisle.  Member of St. 
  Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset.  Secretary of the Ladies Auxillary 
  Freidens Fire Co.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. 
  Friday in the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where wake services will be 
  conducted at 8 p.m. Mass of Resurrection will be conducted Saturday at 
  10 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Samuel J. 
  Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
