  MRS. STELLA E. ZERFOSS
  
  Mrs. Stella E. Zerfoss, 86, of Friedens RD 2, died Jan. 26, 1980.  Born 
  July 18, 1893, in Quemahoning Township, daughter of Jacob P. and Nancy 
  (Barndt) Croyle.  Preceded in death by parents, husband, Charles E.; 
  sone, Zane; four sisters, and two brothers.  Survived by daughter, Mrs. 
  Roy (Neva) Benson, Friedens RD 2; and grand daughter Lori.  Member of 
  Friedens United Church of Christ.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 
  and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services 
  will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Richard H. Shellenberger.  
  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
