  Nov. 1, 2005, in Florida. Preceded in death by parents and sister. Survived by
  five daughters: Debbie, Linda, Jo, Lori and Tracy; sons: Michael and Ted;
  sisters: Peg Chopp, Vera Higdon, Claire Meyers, Gail Rosa and brothers: Carl,
  Jim, Duane and Ron.
