  ZIMMERMAN
  
  Alice Zimmerman, 95, of Somerset died Aug. 17, 1999, at Somerset Hospital. 
  Born Nov. 1, 1903, in Jefferson Township, she was the daughter of the late 
  Harry and Idella (Friedline) Horner.  Also preceded in death by husband, 
  George Zimmerman; daughter, Althea Jane, and brother, Charles Horner. 
  Survived by daughters:  Pauline Gardner of Somerset and Mrs. Bill (Thelma) 
  Horn of Waynesfield, Ohio.  Grandchildren: Karen Smerkar, Gary Gardner, Lynn 
  Gardner, Ron Horn and Sandy Hutchison.  Eight great-grandchildren.  Sister of 
  Paul Horner of Friedens, Mary Kimmel of Somerset, Clark Horner of 
  Sipesville and Dean Horner of Somerset.  Member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran 
  Church.  Friends received from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Robert H. 
  Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1 p.m., with Rev. 
  Donald Krestar officiating.  Internment, Casebeer Cemetery.
