  ZIMMERMAN 

  Mabel S. Zimmerman, 86 of East Patriot Street, Somerset, died Dec. 10, 1972, at 
  Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born in Somerset on October 28, 1886, a daughter 
  of Phillip and Mary (Baker) Menser.  Preceded in death by husband, George W. 
  Sr., four sisters and one brother. Survived by these children:  George W. Jr. of 
  Somerset; Mrs. Lester A. Walker of Indiana; Merle of Pittsburgh; Katharine, wife 
  of William J. DePole of Johnstown; 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 
  10 great-great-grandchildren.  A sister of Mrs. Melda Queer of Somerset; Mrs. 
  Cora Weimer of Somerset RD 5; and Freeman Menser of Somerset.  Member of the 
  First Christian Church, Somerset.  Friends received after 2 p.m.
  Monday (today) in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services
  will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Paul Weber
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
