Pauline Marie Zimmerman, 88, Somerset, died Sept. 3, 2008, at The Patriot.  Born 
July 11, 1920, in Acosta, daughter of Preston Clifford and Della Eleanor 
(Brendle) Ogline. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Michael George 
Zimmerman, who died July 26, 2003; sister, Frieda Baker; and brother, Eugene 
Ogline. Survived by children, Dennis M. Zimmerman, married to the former Jane 
Brubaker, Boswell; Gary P. Zimmerman, Ohio; Mrs. Craig A. (Tamela S.) Zehner, 
Somerset; grandchildren, M. Scott Zimmerman and wife, Elisha, Boswell; Mrs. 
Daren (Brenda L.) Swallow, Central City; Mrs. Mike (Rebecca) Kirkwood, Mrs. 
Brent (Stephanie) Pickering and Kara Zimmerman, all of Ohio; Jared and Jacob 
Zehner, Somerset; and sister, Ida Mae Barnett, Somerset. Also dedicated 
caregiver, Ronda Zehner. Graduate of Somerset High School and Indiana Teachers 
College. Worked for two years as a home economics teacher for Boswell school. 
Also a member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church, where she had taught Sunday 
school. She also enjoyed quilting. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 
9 p.m. Saturday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, and one hour prior to 
the service which will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Christ Casebeer Lutheran 
Church, Somerset. Interment Casebeer Cemetery. Contributions may be made to 
Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church, 10377 Somerset Pike, Somerset, PA 15501.
